Rates are based on single/double occupancy.

European plan rates include full use of all facilities, activities and children’s programs as provided by the hotel. Children 17 years and younger stay free, room only, in the same room with a full paying adult and using existing bedding.

Rate inclusions & restrictions

Rates are only valid for European individual staff of Travel agencies/Airlines and their partner/children when travelling from Europe. Maximum 1 room is allowed to be booked. Reservations are on request.

All rates are NET, non-commissionable, confidential and are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

These rates include current Government taxes of 6,74%, 10% service charge and 2,34% Hotel Association contribution of 22,08% total.

European plan (room only) rates are per room, per night.

All-inclusive rates are per room, per night.

Airport transfers are not included.

Booking procedure

§    All room reservations should be sent at least 21 days in advance to reservations at reservations@keis.nl.

§    All reservations are on request and confirmation will occur upon availability.

§    Special requests should be made at time of reservation and these are not guaranteed.

§    Reservation must include courtesy card/Airline Identity card with all contact details of Travel agency/Airline.

§    Courtesy card/Airline Identity card needs to be shown over at the time of check-in.

§    Confirmation including invoice will be sent by e-mail.

§    Voucher will be sent by e-mail, after full payment is received by KEIS & Caribbean.

Payment terms

The full amount must be received by KEIS & Caribbean, 14 days before arrival date. Payments are only accepted by bank transfer. Please inform reservations at reservations@keis.nl when the payment is done.

Rate inclusions & restrictions

 Rates provided in this contract are only intended for the use of European individual staff of travel agencies/airlines and their partner/children when travelling from Europe on scheduled air service to Aruba. Maximum 1 room may be booked per travel agent/airline staff. Reservations are on request.

 All rates are NET, non-commissionable, inclusive Breakfast Buffet, per room, per night, quoted in U.S. Dollars and include current government taxes of 8%, 10% service charge, 1% hotel association contribution and 15% service charge included on breakfast buffet. Also the additional 3^rd and 4^th person rate, the child rate and child free of charge are inclusive breakfast buffet.

 At this time we have no knowledge of any fee increases scheduled to take place. However, due to the length of the agreement, it is possible that one could occur. If this happens, we will notify you immediately. Your Company will then be responsible for payment of said increase.
